This is a GM Performance Parts "Crate engine" we installed on a 1993 GMC 3/4 ton van. This ZZ383 engine produces 425hp and about 460 foot pounds of torque. It features aluminum fast burn cylinder heads and comfortably revs to 6,000 rpm. The power increase actually doubled the gas mileage of the stock 350 cid V8, plus added a lot more fun!
